Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer flat rate standard shipping via USPS to the United States for all online orders. We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders over $50.

We offer international shipping to Canada. Shipping rates will be calculated automatically at checkout.

We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information the moment your order has shipped. You can always check the status of your order by referring to your confirmation email.

If your order fails to arrive on time, check your confirmation email to make sure you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, email us at thewisefool@getwisefool.com with your order number, and we'll do everything in our power to solve the issue.

RETURN POLICY

We’ll happily accept a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. All we require is that you send the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging (if possible) and make sure they’re in the same condition as when you received them (unused, unworn, unwashed and with original tags). All returns within the U.S. are free. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Follow the steps below to request a return:
1. Send an email to thewisefool@getwisefool.com with your order number in the subject line. List the items you wish to return and your reasons for returning them in the email. We’ll confirm your refund request with a reply email including a pre-paid shipping label.
2. Package the item(s) you wish to return securely in their original packaging (if possible). Print out the pre-paid shipping label and place it over the original label.
3. Drop off your package with the appropriate shipping carrier and be sure to keep a copy of your invoice and tracking number.

Once we receive and approve your returned item(s), we’ll issue a full refund in the original form of payment within 7 business days. Unfortunately, we can’t refund the original shipping charges.

If you wish to exchange your returned item(s) for a different size, color, or style please place a new order for your replacement item(s) once your return is approved.


WARRANTY

We carefully inspect every one of our products before shipping them out, but we know that things can happen. All of our products come with an automatic limited lifetime warranty, meaning we will happily replace any item found to be defective due to production error for the entire life of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for the purpose for which the product is designed. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damages related to accident, alteration, improper care, misuse, or negligence.

In the event of a defect, contact us at thewisefool@getwisefool.com with your order number, a description of said defect, and a clearly visible photo displaying said defect. A WiseFool representative will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible, and should we find the product to be defective you may choose to initiate a return according to our Return Policy.

In the event of a defect, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at thewisefool@getwisefool.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and a clear photo of the defect. A WiseFool representative will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

  2. If we confirm the defect, we will email you a free pre-paid return label and a packing slip. Package the defective item(s) securely in the original box if possible. Enclose the packing slip and place the pre-paid return label on the box.

  3. Drop off your package with the appropriate shipping carrier and be sure to keep a copy of your invoice and tracking number.

Once your warranty return is received and approved, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
